I lived in an apt on State Street in Portland Maine with a serious gas leak, while I was going to grad school for photography in 1999 (the dumbest decision ever), but fortunately there was a package store across the street that had Allagash in 1999. At least something good came out of my winter in Maine, and it wasn't the Salt Center For Documentary Field Studies.

As a home brewer that is about to try go pro. I wish your gig was national. You have a great delivery and presence in front of the camera. Would be cool to hook up some day. Michigan has blown up with the craft brew scene. Bells, Founders, New Holland, Old Nation, Shorts... and some day 2 Peninsula... Hope to catch some new shows soon and maybe from outside of Maine.

Should you ever head to Vancouver, on the west coast of Canada, gives us a shout. We have great craft brewing scene here, much of which has popped up in what was the brewing area a hundred years ago, along Brewers Creek, from such the old breweries took their water. Sadly, the creek is no more. You could hit several in one day. Some are walking distance from each other. We would love to see you.
